Performance characteristics

The main components of a typical system include a pressure-type distributor, a lever-type scale, a transmission position, a load sensor, a speed sensor, a frequency converter, and a weighing control instrument. It can be connected to the upper-level DCS system through an RS-485 serial or fieldbus communication interface to achieve DCS system connection and DCS control.

The exclusive patented lever-type weighing method completely eliminates the measurement error caused by the change of belt tension.
The unique warehouse pressure relief distributor can make the warehouse position change not affect the load of the scale body V, thus effectively solving the influence of warehouse pressure on accurate measurement, improving the measurement accuracy and extending the service life of the equipment.
