High-frequency electromagnetic vibrating screen is a new type of screening machine with vibrating screen surface. The high-frequency electromagnetic vibrating screen directly excites the screen surface through the vibration system while the screen frame does not move, and the vibration system works in a resonant state. 
This machine is widely used in iron ore, coal washing and chemical industry, etc. It is used for wet separation of strong magnetic minerals with particle size of 6-0 mm, and divides the minerals into two products: magnetic and non-magnetic. This machine is mainly used for dehydration of under-screen materials in iron ore, with significant dehydration effect, increasing the concentration of the second mill, reducing the buoyancy of the second mill, increasing the fineness, improving the output, and preventing the backflow of the second mill. It can also be used for dehydration before the filter to make the filter cake better.The vibration frequency can be adjusted conveniently and accurately by adjusting the frequency and size of the output current to meet different screening requirements.
It is good at screening fine particles, and its high-frequency characteristics enable it to better handle materials such as slurry and wet coal, and has strong anti-blocking ability.

Product Features
1. The amplitude of the vibrator is adjusted in sections, generally 1-2mm.
