Tailings recycovery high recovery permanent magnetic disk tailings reclaimer for magnetic separation

The new product disc tailings recovery machine is a strong magnetic separation equipment specially used for recovering useful minerals (especially weakly magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, ilmenite, etc.) remaining in tailings during the tailings treatment process of the ore dressing plant. Its core working part is the magnetic disk directly exposed to the outside, and the material can directly contact the disk, which has a very high recovery efficiency.

After the selection process, the main components of the iron ore have been enriched in the concentrate, and some secondary components or other metals of the ore have also been recovered after comprehensive processing. So the remaining part of the product contains very low useful components, and this part of the product is called tailings. It should be pointed out that tailings still contain a large amount of useful lost substances. The new product multi disc magnetic separator can recover useful iron from tailings, with a recovery rate of up to 35% for ferrous materials, improving economic efficiency.

Working principle

The tailings slurry enters the equipment evenly through the chute, and the disc is driven by a motor to rotate slowly.
Weakly magnetic materials are magnetized under the action of a strong magnetic field, generating magnetic force, overcoming gravity and water flow resistance, etc., and are adsorbed on the surface of the disc.
When the disc part adsorbing the magnetic material rotates away from the slurry surface, the non-magnetic scraper fixed on the equipment scrapes off the magnetic material adsorbed on the disc surface and falls into the concentrate collection tank.
Non-magnetic materials are not affected by the magnetic field and continue to flow with the slurry to remove tailings.
