Structure and working principle

1. Double-layer screen design
·Upper screen: larger aperture, used for preliminary screening to remove large particles or impurities.
·Lower screen: smaller aperture, secondary fine screening of the material after upper screening to obtain finer qualified particles.
·Screen material is usually stainless steel or polyurethane, wear-resistant and easy to replace.
2.Vibration system
·High-frequency vibration is generated by vibration motor or exciter, so that the material jumps on the screen surface to prevent clogging and improve screening efficiency.
·The vibration direction can be adjusted (linear, elliptical or three-dimensional vibration) to adapt to different material characteristics.
3.Support and shock absorption
·Spring or rubber shock absorption device is used to reduce the impact of equipment on the foundation and run more smoothly.
