Product Description

Electromagnetic self-unloading iron remover

RCDD series dry self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover is an iron removal device used to automatically remove the stray iron in powdery or blocky non-magnetic materials. Its interior is cast with resin specially used for electricians and has a self-cooling fully sealed structure. It has the advantages of large magnetic penetration depth, strong suction, dustproof, rainproof, corrosion resistance, etc., and can still operate reliably in extremely harsh environments.

Structural features

RCDD-8 series self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover consists of two parts: the main body and the iron unloading mechanism.

1. The magnetic circuit design of the iron remover main body is reasonable, with high magnetic field strength and large magnetic penetration depth, so it is suitable for iron removal in places with thick material layers. Because it adopts a fully sealed structure and is processed by special processes such as vacuum drying during the manufacturing process, it can effectively prevent dust and harmful gases from eroding the coil. It has strong adaptability to the environment and climate and a long service life.

2. The iron unloading mechanism consists of a stand, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer (hereinafter referred to as the reducer), a driving pulley, a roller, a driven pulley, a sprocket, a chain and an iron unloading belt equipped with a scraper. The tightness and deviation of the iron unloading belt can be adjusted using the bearing adjustment device without stopping the machine.

3. Large excitation coils generally adopt an air-cooled structure. The coil is composed of several individually sealed wire packages. There is an air duct between each coil, and two fans are used to cool the coil. This method can reduce the temperature rise of the iron remover during operation and increase its service life.

4. A temperature sensor is installed on the top plate of the iron remover, and temperature testing and alarm can be performed through the control equipment.
