SGB wet strong magnetic plate magnetic separator is a magnetic separation equipment that uses high-intensity magnetic field to separate weakly magnetic minerals. Product Features

Permanent magnets are used to generate high gradient magnetic fields to capture weak magnetic particles in the material. When the material passes through the strong magnetic flat plate magnetic separator, the weak magnetic particles are attracted by sufficient magnetic force and adsorbed on the surface of the flat plate; the non-magnetic particles are not affected by the magnetic force and continue to flow down along the flat plate under the action of the water flow, thereby achieving mineral separation.

Application scenarios

Wet processing of non-metallic ores for iron removal and purification, especially for quartz sand, potassium-sodium feldspar and other non-metallic ores. In addition, it has a good separation effect for weakly magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, siderite, manganese ore, tantalum mud, mica powder, quartz sand, potassium feldspar, fluorite, sillimanite, kaolin and so on.

1. High magnetic field strength: The magnetic system is made of high-performance rare earth neodymium iron boron material. The gathering surface is wide, the number of magnetic poles is high, the magnetic induction intensity is high, the magnetic field gradient is large, and the local maximum magnetic field can reach 18000G.
2. Uniform fabric: Using double-layer perforated plate fabric, smooth and uniform, with thin material layers.
3. Clean iron unloading: We have customized and developed various specialized iron unloading belts for users to choose from, using high-strength and high-quality composite materials with long service life and obvious iron unloading effect.
4. Energy saving and Water saving: With only one low-power drive motor and low electrode consumption, the unique controllable water supply system design saves water resources.
