Product Introduction

The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet concentration magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. Used for concentrating low concentration slurry in magnetic separation process, increasing concentration and enhancing the efficiency of two-stage grinding. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a large working gap and high processing capacity.

Product function
When the slurry enters the magnetic zone, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, while the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are shaken off and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field zone. They are washed into the concentrate tank with flushing water to complete the sorting operation.

1. The magnetic system adopts a large angle design, and the recovery rate of mineral powder can reach up to 99.5%.
2. Simple structure, high dehydration efficiency, and concentrate concentration of 45-75% or higher.
3. Use a scraper instead of washing to unload the ore on the unloading side, as the slurry concentration is high.

The counter current tank is suitable for coarse and sweep selection of ore particles with a particle size of 0.6-0.0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in coal preparation industry.
