Product Introduction

RCDF(G) oil-cooled self-unloading iron remover adds an iron unloading mechanism consisting of a drive motor, a roller, an iron unloading belt, an oil bag, etc. Its working principle is: when the material passes under the iron remover, the ferromagnetic impurities are sucked up by the magnetic field, and then continuously thrown out by the running iron unloading belt. When out of the magnetic field, the iron impurities fall into the iron collecting box under the action of gravity. The magnetic field is large, the suction force is large, and there is no need to shut down the power to manually unload the iron. It is widely used in coal mines, docks, thermal power generation, steel, building materials and other industries.

Product Features

1. It adopts a fully sealed structure, including, rainproof, and anti-corrosion, suitable for working in various siphon environments.
2. The excitation coil is the core component, which generates a strong magnetic field.
3. The iron raft is driven by the town motor to unload the iron raft, and the scraper will drift the adsorbed iron hook within the range and fall into the iron collection box, consuming manual unloading of iron.
4. It is used for slag iron removal and protection of important equipment such as roller press, vertical mill, and crusher.
