Product Description

Disc vacuum filter

Disc vacuum filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment. The filter disc is driven by a speed regulator through a reducer and an open gear transmission. It is made to rotate at a certain speed in a body filled with slurry. When a filter fan of the filter disc is in the filter adsorption area, a pressure difference is formed on both sides of the filter medium with the help of a vacuum pump. The solid material is adsorbed on the filter medium (filter cloth) and forms a filter cake, while the filtrate is discharged through the filtrate pipe and the distribution head. When this filter fan is separated from the slurry level and enters the dehydration area, the filter cake is dried. After entering the unloading area, the filter cake is unloaded from the filter disc with backblowing and a scraper, falls into the discharge trough, and is transported away by the ore collection belt conveyor. The entire operation process is carried out continuously.

1. Combined with some defects of the existing filter fan. The new filter fan we designed has evenly distributed water holes. Reasonable porosity, high strength (the filter fan material is high-strength engineering plastic) and long service life, the average life is increased by 1-1.5 times, and the effective area of the filter fan is large, which improves the processing capacity of the filter. 2. The filtration area is large, the distribution head has a large abdominal cavity capacity, and the air extraction rate and filtrate discharge effect are improved. 3. The stirring shaft adopts horizontal forced speed stirring, and the shaft end adopts a triple combination of "rubber, packing, and water seal" operable sealing method, which effectively prevents slurry leakage and has a service life of more than 8 years.
4. The transmission is infinitely variable, adjusted according to the concentration and flow of the material, and the AC speed regulating motor or frequency converter is used to achieve the ideal working effect.
5. The dry oil pump concentrates on multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and the filter cloth cleaning device maintains a good dehydration effect.

Disc vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum as filtering power to separate solids from liquids in slurry. ZPG vacuum filter is suitable for dehydration of nonferrous metal concentrates such as iron ore and quartz sand, as well as dehydration in coal washing plants, non-metallic mines and environmental protection. The material particles are required to be 60-220 mesh.
