Disc vacuum filter with large filtration area for solid-liquid separation

Disc vacuum filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment. The filter disc is driven by the speed regulator through the reducer and open gear. It rotates at a certain speed in the tank filled with slurry. When a filter fan of the filter disc is in the filter adsorption area, a pressure difference is formed on both sides of the filter medium with the help of the vacuum pump. The solid material is adsorbed on the filter medium (filter cloth) and forms a filter cake, while the filtrate is discharged through the filtrate pipe and the distribution head. When this filter fan is separated from the slurry level and enters the dehydration area, the filter cake is dried. After entering the unloading area, the filter cake is unloaded from the filter disc by backblowing and scraper, falls into the discharge trough, and is transported away by the ore collection belt conveyor. The processes of filtration, dehydration, unloading, cleaning, etc. are continuously and automatically completed within one rotation of the filter disc, resulting in extremely high production efficiency.

1. Combining some of the shortcomings of existing filter fans. Our newly designed filter fan has evenly distributed drain holes. Reasonable porosity, high strength (made of high-strength engineering plastic), long service life, with an average lifespan increase of 1-1.5 times. At the same time, the available area of the filter fan is large, which improves the filtration processing capacity.
2. The large filtration area and distribution head have a large abdominal capacity, which improves the pumping rate and filtrate discharge efficiency.
3. The mixing shaft adopts horizontal strength variable speed mixing, and the shaft end adopts a triple combination flexible sealing method of "rubber, packing, and water seal" to prevent slurry leakage, with a service life of more than 8 years.
4. The dry oil pump is equipped with centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The filter cloth cleaning device maintains a good dehydration effect.

The disc vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum as a filtering power to separate solids and liquids in slurry operation.
