How it works
Technical features
The high-frequency electromagnetic vibrating screen uses a novel electromagnetic vibrator as the power source. Each screen machine is equipped with several groups of electromagnetic vibrators, which are controlled by the electric control box. The vibration force of the electromagnetic vibrator can be adjusted independently to achieve the purpose of sorting design. The electromagnetic vibrator is composed of an electromagnet, a vibrating rod, a vibrating arm, a beater, a rubber spring, etc.
When the electromagnet is energized, the rubber spring is deformed, driving the vibrating rod and the vibrating arm to vibrate, and the vibrating arm drives the beater shaft to torsion and vibrate. The upper end of the beater is equipped with a rubber cap of the width of the screen body, which supports the screen and transmits the vibration force to the screen, so as to achieve the purpose of moving the screen but not moving the screen body.
1. The computer control box adopts a large-scale integrated circuit single-chip microcomputer, bidirectional thyristor and maintenance and other advanced technologies. It is centrally controlled by the single-chip microcomputer and controls multiple thyristors at the same time. It adopts a low-energy design scheme. The computer control box achieves quasi-zero energy consumption, so that the performance of the entire electrical appliance is not affected by the environment and temperature changes. The time interval can be adjusted at will. It has a high-speed instantaneous strong vibration function, can regularly clean the screen material, solve the problem of sticking the screen, greatly improve the screening rate, and have significant economic benefits.
2. Fully sealed design, due to the use of a sealed structure design, the previous screen slurry receiving chute is cancelled, which reduces the occurrence of running, bubbling, and leakage of the screen slurry, which greatly improves the working environment of the workers and greatly reduces the labor intensity.
