Efficient wet drum magnetic separator for mineral processing plants
This wet permanent magnetic separator is independently developed and produced by our company and has passed various quality certifications. Its core structure is a rotating cylinder with a fixed permanent magnetic system inside. The magnetic system is formed by NdFeB magnets to generate strong magnetic force. The magnetic field strength on the surface of the cylinder can be as high as 8500GS, and the recovery rate is as high as 98%, which is 1-3% lower than the tailings content of ordinary magnetic separation equipment. The cylinder is made of stainless steel, and a vulcanized rubber or ceramic wear-resistant layer is added to the surface, which has good wear resistance and greatly increases the service life. In addition, three types of tanks are available for selection, and they can be customized according to customer requirements for magnetic field strength, processing capacity, size, etc. The transportation packaging is steel frame and wooden box, and the quality of the transportation process is guaranteed.

Product Features
1. High-performance NdFeB or ferrite permanent magnet materials are used, with high magnetic field strength, ultra-high recovery rate, and high concentrate grade.
2. The cylinder is covered with wear-resistant rubber or wear-resistant ceramic sheets or stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and has a long service life.
3. The structure is simple, the transmission device is stable, and it can operate without trouble for a long time.
4. The equipment cylinder can be equipped with three types of troughs, namely downstream trough (CTS)/countercurrent trough (CTN)/semi-countercurrent trough (CTB), to adapt to different choices.

Working principle
1. The slurry is evenly sprayed on the rotating surface through the feed box.
2. The magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface under the action of the permanent magnetic field and rotate with it; the non-magnetic minerals fall directly into the tailings pond under the action of gravity and scrapers.
3. When the magnetic minerals are brought to the edge of the magnetic system, the magnetic force disappears and they are brushed into the concentrate tank by the water flow.
Three types of troughs can be customized
Downstream troughs are suitable for roughing and fine separation of 6-0mm ores.
Countercurrent troughs are suitable for roughing and scavenging of 0.6-0.0mm ores, as well as heavy medium recovery in the coal preparation industry.
Semi-countercurrent troughs are suitable for roughing and fine separation of 0.5-0.0mm ores, especially for fine separation of 0.15-0.0mm ores.
