Product Description

   The disc vacuum fiter is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment.The fiter disc is driven by the speed governor through the  reducer and open gear.When afiter fan of the filter disc is in the filtration adsorption area,the pressure difference is formed on both    sides of thefilration quality with the help of the vacuum pump.The solid material is adsorbed on the filter medium fiter cloth)to form filter  cake,and the filtrate is discharged through thefiltrate pipe and distribution head.When the filter fan is separated from the pulp level and  enters the dehydration area,the fiter cake is dried.After entering the unloading area,thefiter cake is unloaded from theflter disc with  the counter blower and scraper,and then falls into the discharging groove,which is transported away by the ore collecing belt conveyor, and the whole operation process is carried out continuously.
