Product Introduction
GJT series metal detector is the product in the field of metal detection in China. The metal detection technology - digital phase shift and related detection technology are used in the circuit design, with stable performance, high detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability. It is mainly used in belt conveyors in thermal power generation, cement, papermaking, mining, forestry, environmental protection, building materials, food processing, grain and other industries. It uses the change signal generated when metal enters the electromagnetic field of the sensor, processes it through ground electronic technology and drives the actuator (electromagnet, motor switch) to operate, thereby eliminating harmful metals.

Used to detect metals such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and alloys. When used in conjunction with an iron remover, it ensures that all metals are detected to prevent metals from damaging production line equipment or harmful metals from entering the production line.
Product Features
Features: Adjustable sensitivity, adaptable to different belt speeds, high sensitivity design can detect oversized metal and sound and light alarm. When the metal on the belt passes through the metal detector, the metal detector will automatically stop and alarm.
Installation method: The sensor is installed on the belt frame. When the amplitude of the belt frame is less than 0.5mm, the sensor bracket should be installed separately.
