This machine is a new type of cylindrical permanent magnet magnetic separator, which has passed multiple quality system certifications and is suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. Used for concentrating low concentration slurry in magnetic separation process, increasing concentration, and improving two-stage grinding efficiency; Using neodymium iron boron magnets to form a magnetic system that generates strong magnetic force, the magnetic system is designed with a large inclination angle, and the recovery rate of mineral powder can reach over 99.5%; This machine can continuously feed and discharge materials, with a large working gap and high processing capacity. The cylinder body is made of stainless steel material, with added vulcanized rubber or ceramic wear-resistant layer on the surface, which has good wear resistance and greatly increases the service life; In addition, three types of slots are available for selection, and can be customized according to customer requirements for magnetic field strength, processing capacity, size, etc. The transportation packaging consists of steel frames and wooden boxes, and the quality is guaranteed during transportation.

1. High-performance NdFeB or ferrite permanent magnet materials are used, with high magnetic field strength, ultra-high recovery rate, and high concentrate grade.
2. The magnetic system adopts a large angle design, and the recovery rate of mineral powder can reach up to 99.5%.
3. Simple structure, high dehydration efficiency, and concentrate concentration of 45-75% or higher.
4. Use a scraper instead of washing to unload the ore on the unloading side, as the slurry concentration is high.
Application scenarios
1.The downstream trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ores with a particle size of 6-0mm.
2.The counter current tank is suitable for coarse and sweep selection of ore particles with a particle size of 0.6-0.0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in coal preparation industry.
3.The semi plastic flow channel is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ores with a particle size of 0.5-0mm, especially for fine selection of minerals with a particle size of 0.15-0.0mm.

Working principle
1. The slurry is evenly sprayed onto the rotating surface through the feed box.
2. The magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface under the action of the permanent magnetic field and rotate with it; the non-magnetic minerals fall directly into the tailings tank under the action of gravity and the scraper.
3. When the magnetic minerals are brought to the edge of the magnetic system, the magnetic force disappears, and the scraper is used instead of water to wash the ore on the unloading side, and the slurry concentration is high.
