RCDD-G series self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover

Self-unloading permanent magnetic iron remover is a kind of equipment used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in bulk non-magnetic materials. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, grain processing and other industries.

Working principle**
- **Electromagnetic iron absorption**: After power is turned on, the electromagnetic coil generates a strong magnetic field to absorb ferromagnetic impurities (such as nails, bolts, iron filings, etc.) in the material.
- **Automatic iron unloading**: When the power is turned off or switched to a low magnetic state, the magnetic field disappears/weakens, and the adsorbed iron impurities automatically fall off under the action of gravity or auxiliary devices (such as scrapers, vibrators), realizing unattended continuous operation.

Main structural components**
- **Electromagnetic coil**: core component, generates high-intensity magnetic field after power is turned on.
- **Magnetic pole plate**: enhances magnetic field concentration and improves suction.
- **Iron unloading mechanism**: includes belts, scrapers or vibration devices, used to automatically remove adsorbed iron parts.
- **Control system**: programmable control of start and stop, iron unloading cycle and abnormal alarm.
