The GJT type metal detector

The JT series metal detector is the latest product in the domestic metal detection field at present. In the circuit design, it adopts the latest metal detection technology - digital phase shift and related detection techniques, featuring stable performance, high detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability. It is mainly used in belt conveyors in industries such as thermal power generation, cement, papermaking, mining, forestry, environmental protection, building materials, food processing, and grain. It utilizes the change signals generated when metals enter the electromagnetic field of sensors, processes them through electronic technology, and drives the actuator (electromagnet, motor switch) to act, thereby eliminating harmful metals.

Product Description

Features:

Quantified sensitivity adjustment, highly sensitive design capable of detecting oversized metals and providing audible and visual alarms.

Detection range:

Metals such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and alloys. 

Timing function:

After the relay is engaged, it is released with a delay of 1 to 10 seconds.

Control output:

One pair of relay contacts is normally open and the other pair is normally closed.

Installation method:

The sensor is installed on the belt frame. The amplitude of the belt frame should be less than 0.5mm. When the amplitude exceeds 0.5mm, the sensor bracket should be installed separately.

Note:When the power supply voltage is unstable, a voltage stabilizing power supply should be provided.
