YCPS Permanent Magnetic Disk Tailings Recovery Machine

YCPS permanent magnet magnetic tailings recovery machine is a kind of equipment which uses permanent magnet technology to efficiently recover magnetic minerals (such as iron, manganese, etc.) in tailings. It is mainly used in the tailings treatment process in mining, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.

After the iron ore is processed, its main components are concentrated in the concentrate. After some comprehensive processing, the minor components or other metals of the ore are also recovered, so the remaining products contain very low useful components. This part of the product is called tailings. It should be pointed out that the tailings still contain a large amount of useful iron substances.

1. Permanent magnet design: using high-performance NdFeB material, no additional electrical excitation is required, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with high and stable magnetic field strength.

2. Multi-disc structure: It is composed of multiple rotating disks, which alternately adsorb and unload ore to achieve continuous recovery operation and large processing capacity.

3. Efficient sorting: Designed for weakly magnetic or fine-grained tailings, it has high sorting accuracy and can effectively recover low-grade minerals that are difficult to process with traditional equipment.

4. Automatic control: Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic unloading and other systems, the rotation speed and magnetic field strength can be adjusted according to the properties of the tailings to optimize the recovery rate.

5. Wear-resistant and anti-corrosion: Stainless steel or wear-resistant coating is used in key parts to adapt to the humid and corrosive tailings environment and have a long service life.
