Self-unloading permanent magnetic iron remover is a kind of equipment used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in bulk non-magnetic materials. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, grain processing and other industries.

Working principle**
- **Permanent magnetic system**: High-performance rare earth permanent magnetic materials (such as NdFeB) are used to form a strong magnetic field circuit, which can generate a constant magnetic field without power supply, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
- **Self-unloading function**: When the adsorbed ferromagnetic impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the magnetic system is moved out of the working position through a manual or electric drive device (such as a chain or belt). The impurities automatically fall off due to the loss of magnetic force, achieving rapid cleaning without stopping the machine.
