Rcdd-G series ultra-strong dry self-unloading magnetic separator

RCDD-(G) series super electromagnetic dry iron separator is a kind of magnetic material separation equipment with high efficiency and high degree of automation, which is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, electric power and other industries to remove ferromagnetic impurities from loose non-magnetic materials.

 Key features:

1. Super magnetic field performance: It adopts high-performance electromagnetic coil and special magnetic circuit design, with high magnetic field strength and strong iron absorption ability, which is especially suitable for dealing with large particles or deep iron impurities. The magnetic field is adjustable, and the magnetic field strength can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of the material (such as particle size, iron content).
2. Dry dump design: automatic iron unloading, automatic removal of adsorbed iron impurities through the belt or scraper, no need to stop for manual cleaning, and high continuous operation efficiency. Natural air cooling or forced air cooling is used for heat dissipation.
3. The structure is sturdy and durable, fully enclosed, dustproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, and adaptable to harsh working conditions (such as high temperature and high dust environment)
4. The core components (such as electromagnetic coils and iron cores) are made of high-quality materials, with long life and good stability.
