SX0709 Series Dry Electromagnetic Powder Iron Remover

SX0709 dry electromagnetic powder iron remover is a magnetic separation equipment specially designed for powder materials. It is mainly used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in powdery and granular materials.

The machine has a unique design and a magnetic field strength of up to 23,000 Gauss. It has strong suction and capture power. It can not only basically remove magnetic materials such as mechanical iron mixed in during the powder processing, but also remove most of the iron oxide (Fe203) and other weakly magnetic impurities in the original ore that are difficult to remove by general iron removal equipment. The iron removal effect is excellent.

Technical features

1. Adopt forced oil circulation water cooling method, the cooling effect is ideal.

2. During the working process, the magnetic cavity is in a vibrating state to ensure smooth material flow.

3. Take measures such as vibration reduction and noise reduction to ensure smooth operation of the equipment with low noise.

4. It has the function of real-time temperature monitoring and automatic control. When the oil temperature rises to the set value, the system will automatically alarm until it stops, thus effectively avoiding the coil from burning due to excessive temperature rise.

5. The fully automatic type adopts PLC intelligent control to automatically complete all actions such as excitation, feeding, and iron removal. It does not require manual operation, reduces the company's operating costs, and effectively avoids human factors that affect the iron removal effect.

The color touch screen sets parameters, touches buttons to operate and display working status, and is equipped with a manual operation panel, which is technologically advanced and user-friendly.
