Product Description

CTB (NS) series wet permanent magnetic concentrator

This product is specially designed for concentrating low-concentration slurry in magnetic separation process, to increase the concentration and increase the efficiency of secondary grinding.

It is mainly used for the enrichment and purification of magnetic minerals such as iron ore, manganese ore and ilmenite.

Core components and tank structure

1. Permanent magnet system:
·It is composed of high-performance permanent magnet materials (such as NdFeB) to form a high-intensity magnetic field.
·Common magnetic system structures include open, closed or drum (such as magnetic drum).
2. Sorting chamber/drum:
·When the material passes through the magnetic field area, the magnetic particles are adsorbed and the non-magnetic particles fall freely.
3. Transmission device:
Drives the magnetic drum or conveyor belt to achieve continuous sorting.
4. Feeding and discharging system:
·Control the uniform entry and discharge of materials after separation.

Tank structure

Downstream type: suitable for roughing, high tailings grade but low recovery rate.

Countercurrent type: used in the concentrating stage, high recovery rate but slightly lower concentrate grade.

Semi-countercurrent type: balances recovery rate and grade, often used in the second stage of iron ore sorting.
