RCYD (C)Series Permanent Self-Unloading Iron Remover with High Efficiency

RCYD (C) series permanent magnet self-loading iron remover is composed of high-performance permanent magnet core, iron discarding belt, geared motor, frame, roller and other parts, and is used in conjunction with various conveyors. It is used for automatic removal of ferromagnetic materials weighing 0.1-25 kg from non-magnetic materials. Its internal magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, and the perfect dual-pole structure ensures the trouble-free and long-term operation of the whole machine in harsh environments.
It is mainly used in coal, electric power, mining, building materials, chemical and other industries.

Key features:

1. Permanent magnet design: using high-performance permanent magnet materials (such as NdFeB), no electrical energy is required, the magnetic field strength is high and stable, energy saving and environmental protection.
2. Dump iron function: automatic unloading through the supporting drive motor and belt, without manual intervention, suitable for continuous operation environment.
3. Solid structure: fully enclosed design, dustproof and moisture-proof, suitable for harsh working conditions (such as high temperature, high humidity or dust environment).
4. Flexible installation: it can be suspended on the belt conveyor.Above the vibrating feeder or chute, it can also be used in parallel to enhance the iron removal effect.
