RCYB series suspended strong permanent magnetic iron remover (suspended separator) is a magnetic separation device with simple structure, easy use, reliable operation and good effect. It consists of magnetic system, shell, end cover and other parts.

Permanent magnetic iron removers are mainly used in various belt conveyors. They are hung on the drop end to achieve the purpose of iron separation. They are used in the cement industry, coal for the chemical industry, small mines, building materials, wood processing, molding sand processing and other materials to remove iron, and can ensure the smooth progress of the next process.

The RCYB series suspended permanent magnetic iron remover uses high coercivity, high remanence permanent magnet "NdFeB" and other materials to form a composite magnetic system. It has the advantages of maintenance-free, strong magnetic force, long life, simple installation, convenient use, and reliable operation. It is suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders, and unloading chutes. It can remove 0.1-35 kg of ferromagnetic materials, and the internal permanent magnetic system has a service life of more than 10 years.
