Product Introduction

The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a large working gap and high processing capacity. It is a wet magnetic separator designed for magnetic grinding before tail throwing.
Product function
When the slurry enters the magnetic zone, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, while the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are shaken off and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field zone. They are washed into the concentrate tank with flushing water to complete the sorting operation.

Product Features

1. The ore feeding box is equipped with a uniform material device to ensure that the material entering the tank is uniform along the length direction of the drum.
2. The inner surface of the groove and the outer surface of the magnetic drum are coated with wear-resistant layers to increase wear resistance and extend service life.
3. The MFe content in tailings magnetic materials is significantly reduced, which is 1-3% lower than that of ordinary magnetic separation equipment.
4. The magnetic system has a large package angle, which prolongs the separation process and increases the concentrate grade by 2-4%.

The downstream trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ores with a particle size of 6-0mm.
