Product Description

 GJT series metal detector is the latest product in the field of metal detecion in China.In the circuit design,it adopts the latest metal detection technology digital phase shifting and related detection technology,with stable performance,high detection sensitivity and strong   anti-interference ability.t is mainly used in the belt conveyor of thermal power generation,cement,papermaking,mining,forestry,  environmental protection,building materials,food processing,grain and other industries.It uses the change signal generated when   the metal enters the electromagnetic field of the sensor,processes it through electronic technology and drives the actuator    lelectromagnet,motor switch)action,so as to eliminate harmful metals.

Features:quantitative sensitivity debugging,high sensitivity design can detect super large metal and sound light alarm.

Detection range:iron,aluminum,stainless steel,alloy and other metals.

Timing function:delay release after the relay is closed,time1-10 seconds.

Control output:one pair of normally open and one pair of normally closed relay contacts.

 Installation method:when the sensor is installed on the bel frame,the amplitude of the belt frame shall be less than 0.5mm,and when the amplitude is more than 0.5mm,the sensor bracket shall be installed separately.

Note:when the power supply voltage is not stable,it should be equipped with a regulated power supply.
