The SGB series strong magnetic plate magnetic separator is a high-performance wet magnetic separation equipment that combines the advantages of traditional magnetic separation equipment, breaks conventional design concepts, and integrates magnetic separation and reselection processes. The overall magnetic field strength of the equipment is high, the iron removal effect is significant, and it has the advantages of large processing capacity, energy and water conservation, and easy operation and maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for non-metallic ore iron removal and purification, and can also be adapted to wet sorting scenarios of weakly magnetic metal ores.

1. High magnetic field strength: The magnetic system is made of high-performance rare earth neodymium iron boron material. The magnetic field area is wide, there are many magnetic poles, the magnetic induction intensity is high, the magnetic gradient is large, and the local maximum magnetic field can reach 18,000 GS.

2. Uniform fabric: It uses double-layer hole plate fabric, which is stable and uniform, and the material layer is thin.

3. Clean iron removal: Specialized iron removal belts have been custom-developed for users to choose. They are made of high-strength and high-quality composite materials, have a long service life, and have a remarkable iron removal effect.

4. Energy-saving and water-saving: Only one small-power drive motor is used, with extremely low power consumption. The unique water supply system design saves water resources.

5. The best companion for oil-cooled vertical rings: When used in combination with oil-cooled vertical rings, it can achieve the ultimate level of magnetic separation and iron removal.

6. Multi purpose and adaptable to multiple scenarios for sorting: It is suitable for wet iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand and feldspar, as well as wet sorting of weak magnetic metal minerals such as hematite and manganese ore, with wide adaptability.

Working principle

The slurry is evenly distributed on the magnetic separation belt through the feeding device and enters the high-strength magnetic field separation area at a constant speed with the belt. Weak magnetic impurities in the material are adsorbed on the surface of the belt under the action of a high gradient magnetic field. After leaving the magnetic field area with the belt, they are automatically discharged into the tailings tank through an iron unloading device; Non magnetic materials are not affected by magnetic fields and naturally flow into the concentrate tank, thereby achieving efficient and continuous separation of magnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials.
